Because we make everything to order and our folders are unique to each customer, there is a bit of toing and froing at the start to make sure we get everything right. After our initial contact this is normally what happens.

1. We agree quantities, specification and price
2. We send out an Order Confirmation with full details 
3. The customer confirms the Order Confirmation and the order is placed
4.  We Invoice the customer who then pays
5.  We start making the folders
6.  After 2 to 3 weeks the folders are complete and ready to ship.

We will always try and meet delivery deadlines if we can, especially if the music folders are needed for a special event, but folders take time to make and we generally have a backlog. We recommend you get in touch at least 4 weeks before you need your music folders so we can comfortably guarantee you get them in time.
