What Makes an Orchestra Folder ?
Discassette have been making orchestra folders to traditional designs for over 60 years. Most folders feature a flexible spine and are held closed by strong cotton ribbon. They can be made in any size up to 18″ x 13″ to accommodate A3 sheets and can have a capacity between 1 and 6 inches of music.
All our orchestra folders are made from high density 3000 micron greyboard and bound in Arbelave Library Buckram which means not only are they functional and elegant they are also hardwearing and built to last. The inner faces are lined with a 6 point embossed black paper and ribbons use a strong black cotton webbing.
All quotes include the your band or orchestra name hot foil printed on the front cover. This comes as standard in 10mm Times New Roman Letterpress or we can make a print block of your name, logo or crest for a small extra charge.

MP3 Traditional Music Pad
The MP3 Traditional Music Pad is a timeless design with a flexible spine and 3 flaps to secure up to 3″ of music. Black tie ribbons on both the flaps and covers ensure the music is held securely. Each folder is hot foil printed with your name or logo in either Silver or Gold.
The standard spine is 3″ but different spine widths can be made on request depending on the amount of music to hold, for example a 1″ spine for the Piccolo and a 6″ spine for the Piano.

MP4 Classic Orchestra Folder
The MP4 Classic Orchestra Folder is favoured by Brass and Silver Bands and features one or two expanding pockets with flexible spine to accommodate up to 2.5″ of music. Black tie ribbons on the covers ensure the music folder is held securely closed. The pockets can be fitted on either face either vertically or horizontally.

MP5 Slim Music Folder
The MP5 Slim Music Folder is held closed by elastic ribbon and is a great choice for holding up to 2″ of music. The black elastic snaps over the corners of the music folder to ensure it is held securely closed. Each folder is hot foil printed with your name or logo in either Silver or Gold.
The 14″ x 11″ size also includes a bottom flap to further ensure your music stays safe.
